Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, shredded carrots, red onion, sunflower seeds, raisins, and crumbled bacon if using.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
