Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fusilli pasta

  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by boiling the fusilli pasta in salted water until it reaches a firm yet tender texture.
  2. Once cooked, drain the pasta and run it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooled pasta, grape tomatoes, chopped bell pepper, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, crumbled feta, green onion, and parsley.
