Ingredients
- 8 ounces fusilli pasta
- 1 pound shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Begin by boiling the fusilli pasta in a large pot of salted water until it reaches a perfect al dente texture. Drain the pasta and run it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a spacious bowl, mix together the cooled pasta, shredded chicken, grape tomatoes, bell pepper, green onions, black olives, goat cheese, and fresh basil.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the mixture is well blended.
- Drizzle the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently fold everything together until all ingredients are coated.
