Step-by-Step Instructions for Dandelion Jelly
  1. Prepare dandelion petals by harvesting 4 cups of fresh petals, rinse thoroughly and set aside.

  3. Strain the mixture to yield about 4 cups of dandelion juice.
  4. Combine juice, pectin, and butter in the saucepan, then heat and stir.

  6. Add sugar and lemon juice, then continue boiling for another 1-2 minutes.
