Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread the buffalo chicken dip mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the edges start to bubble gently.
- Uncover the dish and sprinkle the remaining 6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese on top; return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly before serving with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
