- Chill your cold water by filling a glass with ice cubes and pouring in the water, letting it sit for about 5–10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice or lemonade with 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and 1 cup of the chilled cold water.
- Blend the mixture on medium speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Taste the blend; if thicker drink is desired, add more ice cream. For thinner, add a splash more cold water and blend again for 15–20 seconds.
- Pour the frosted lemonade into chilled glasses and consider garnishing with lemon slices or whipped cream.
