- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Use an electric whisk to beat the mixture on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until thick and creamy, resembling soft peaks.
- Sift the matcha powder into the whipped cream mixture and blend on low speed for another 1-2 minutes until fully incorporated.
- Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes, then pour fresh coconut water over the ice, filling the glass about halfway.
- Using a spoon, carefully layer the matcha mixture over the coconut water, allowing it to float gently.
- For garnish, sprinkle a pinch of matcha on top or add a slice of fresh coconut.
