Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Creamy Miso Mushroom Chicken Thighs
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine boneless chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and oil. Toss until evenly coated and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add marinated chicken thighs. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
