Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, allspice, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter and allow it to cool slightly. Then, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract with the cooled butter until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and add in the fresh cranberries.
  5. Spoon the batter into the pie dish, smoothing the top and adding extra cranberries and sugar if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 34-38 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
