- Begin by preheating your workspace. Use a 2.5-inch round cookie cutter to cut out 24 rounds from your chosen sandwich bread.
- Take the same cookie cutter and cut 16 rounds from both the provolone cheese and deli ham.
- Take a round of bread and spread 1 teaspoon of mayo evenly over one side. Place a cheese round followed by a ham round on top.
- Repeat the layering process by adding another cheese and ham round on top. Finish with a final round of bread.
- Fill a piping bag with whipped cream cheese. Pipe small decorations onto the tops of each sandwich.
