Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Double-Stacked Mini Sandwiches
  1. Begin by preheating your workspace. Use a 2.5-inch round cookie cutter to cut out 24 rounds from your chosen sandwich bread.
  2. Take the same cookie cutter and cut 16 rounds from both the provolone cheese and deli ham.
  3. Take a round of bread and spread 1 teaspoon of mayo evenly over one side. Place a cheese round followed by a ham round on top.
  4. Repeat the layering process by adding another cheese and ham round on top. Finish with a final round of bread.
  5. Fill a piping bag with whipped cream cheese. Pipe small decorations onto the tops of each sandwich.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs, vegetable ribbons, or edible flowers on top of your sandwiches. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. When ready to serve, remove the Double-Stacked Mini Sandwiches from the refrigerator and arrange them on a decorative platter.
