- Transfer dough to a greased bowl with olive oil, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 45 minutes until doubled in size.
- Punch down the risen dough, divide into eight pieces for shaping the bunny.
- Shape the pieces into smooth balls and assemble them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Decorate with raisins for eyes and almonds for the mouth; brush with egg wash for a glossy finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
