Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add 1 cup of milk and 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour to the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and beat in 4 eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup halfway with the batter.
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar over the batter in each muffin cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
