Ingredients
  

For the Batter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 1 cup whole or 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs Fresh
  • 1 tablespoon sugar For sprinkling
For the Toppings
  • to taste honey
  • to taste whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh berries For garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat.
  3. Add 1 cup of milk and 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour to the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and beat in 4 eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup halfway with the batter.
  6. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar over the batter in each muffin cup.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
