For the Pudding Layer
  • 1 packet Instant White Chocolate Pudding Can swap with vanilla, cheesecake, or lemon pudding
  • 2 cups Milk Any type, including non-dairy varieties
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can use pre-made whipped cream
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the cake according to package instructions, then divide into four portions and color each portion with gel food coloring.
  3. Alternate dollops of each colored batter into the dish and swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Poke holes in the cake with a wooden spoon at 1-inch intervals.
  6. Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened and pour over the cooled cake, covering holes.
  7. Chill covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  9. Spread whipped cream over the pudding layer and decorate as desired.
