  • 7 pieces Fluffy Biscuits store-bought or homemade
  • 1 pound Savory Sausage ground breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups Creamy White Pepper Gravy homemade or store-bought
  • 4 large Eggs or flaxseed meal for vegan option
  • 2 cups Melty Cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • as needed Optional Herbs/Spices e.g. thyme or rosemary

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and white pepper gravy until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage and cheese into the egg mixture until evenly combined.
  5. Cut the biscuits into quarters and fold them into the mixture.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and firm in the center.
  8. Let the casserole cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
