Preparation Steps
- Begin by rinsing the cucumber under cold water, ensuring it's clean. With a vegetable peeler, carefully peel the cucumber, leaving alternating strips of skin for visual appeal. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the everything bagel seasoning into the whipped cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
- Prepare a piping bag or ziplock bag with a star-shaped tip. Spoon the seasoned cream cheese mixture into the bag.
- Slice the cucumber into 18 equal rounds, about half an inch thick. Arrange slices on a serving platter.
- Pipe the seasoned cream cheese onto each cucumber slice, starting from the center and swirling outward.
- Sprinkle a little additional everything bagel seasoning on top of each bite before serving.
