Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water with the active dry yeast and granulated sugar. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and melted unsalted butter. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Add more flour if sticky.
- Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Gently punch down the dough, divide into 12 pieces, and shape each into a roll. Place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover the rolls and let rise for another 30-45 minutes until puffed up.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, melt remaining butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Brush the warm rolls with garlic butter as soon as they come out of the oven. Optionally, sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes
For best results, ensure yeast is fresh and follow the rising times for a fluffy texture. Rolls can be frozen for up to 3 months.
