Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine macadamia nuts, granulated sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Pour in melted butter and stir until cohesive. Press into serving cups for crust.
  2. In another bowl, whisk coconut pudding mix and milk until smooth. Mix in softened cream cheese and pineapple juice until creamy.
  3. Layer pudding over the crust in cups, followed by pineapple rings and another pudding layer. Repeat until nearly full, topping with whipped cream.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Remove from fridge and garnish with chopped nuts and toasted coconut. Optionally, add extra pineapple rings on top.
