  2. In a food processor or high-powered blender, add the roasted red peppers, raw almonds, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic. Pour in the vinegar, add chipotle powder, and sprinkle with salt. Blend together for 30 to 45 seconds.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust flavors as needed with additional chipotle powder, salt, or vinegar.
