Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Filling: Drain and squeeze the moisture from thawed spinach, then mix it with mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Roll Out the Puff Pastry: Roll out thawed pastry sheets on a floured surface, then spread the spinach and cheese mixture onto it, leaving a half-inch border.
  3. Form the Rolls: Roll the pastry tightly from one edge, slice into 1 to 1¼ inch rounds, and place cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the Rolls: Refrigerate the rolls for about 15 to 20 minutes to maintain shape during baking.
  5. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for golden, crispy rolls.
  6. Apply the Egg Wash: Whisk an egg with water and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
