Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Sticky-Sweet Glazed Easter Ham
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your ham in a large roasting pan.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and insert whole cloves into the center of each diamond.
- Cover the ham with foil and bake for about 2 to 2.5 hours until heated through.
- Prepare the glaze by combining brown sugar, spicy brown mustard, apple cider vinegar, and Dr Pepper in a medium saucepan. Heat until boil, then simmer until thickened.
- Brush the ham with glaze and return it to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Repeat glazing every 20 minutes to build flavor and achieve a caramelized surface.
- Allow the ham to rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
