  • ½ cup Spicy Brown Mustard can substitute with Dijon
  • 1 can Dr Pepper avoid diet sodas
  • 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar adds acidity to the glaze

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Sticky-Sweet Glazed Easter Ham
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your ham in a large roasting pan.
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and insert whole cloves into the center of each diamond.
  3. Cover the ham with foil and bake for about 2 to 2.5 hours until heated through.
  4. Prepare the glaze by combining brown sugar, spicy brown mustard, apple cider vinegar, and Dr Pepper in a medium saucepan. Heat until boil, then simmer until thickened.
  5. Brush the ham with glaze and return it to the oven for another 20 minutes.
  6. Repeat glazing every 20 minutes to build flavor and achieve a caramelized surface.
  7. Allow the ham to rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
