Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. Spread the mayo mixture over the salmon fillet evenly.

  7. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
