Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to melt chocolate kisses later.
  2. Separate the Oreo cookies, using only the cream-less halves.
  3. Beat together softened butter and powdered sugar until fluffy and smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy filling on one half of the Oreos and sandwich another half on top.
  5. Melt chocolate kisses in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Top each cookie with a melted chocolate kiss using it as glue.
  7. Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over cookies, adding colorful sprinkles while warm.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes before serving.
