Ingredients
Method
- In a blender, combine the chopped peaches and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher with the peach juice. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more sugar or water.
- Chill the peach lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh peach slices and lemon wedges if desired.

Notes
- For a sparkling twist, replace some of the cold water with sparkling water.
- Add a few sprigs of fresh mint for a refreshing flavor boost.
- For a more intense peach flavor, consider using frozen peaches instead of fresh.
