Step-by-step Instructions for Pistachio Puppy Chow
- In a large mixing bowl, add 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal. Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat 1/4 cup unsalted butter for about 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Stir in 1 cup white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk to the melted butter and microwave until smooth.
- Mix in 1 box of instant pistachio pudding mix and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract until uniform in consistency.
- Pour the mixture over the Rice Chex and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a large zip-top bag, add 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, seal and shake until coated.
- Add 1/4 cup crushed pistachios for crunch, shake again, then pour into a serving bowl.
