Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add zucchini, onion, carrots, and bell pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the sautéed vegetables. Boil water and cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions (4-6 minutes).
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Incorporate minced garlic, jalapeño, and grape tomatoes into the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add to the skillet. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes.
