  • 1 cup orange slices about 2 medium oranges
  • 1 cup lemon slices about 2 medium lemons
  • 1 cup lime slices about 2 medium limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • Fresh mint leaves a handful, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the water with the orange, lemon, and lime slices.
  2. If desired, add honey to the pitcher and stir until dissolved.
  3. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
