Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the chicken, beef, and pork with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in the seasoned meats and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Pour in 4 cups of water and bring to a vigorous boil. Reduce heat and skim off any foam for about 5 minutes.
