Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange strips of bacon evenly on the prepared sheet pan and bake for about 15 minutes until crispy.
  3. While the bacon is baking, cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk with milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake egg mixture for 30 minutes until set and light golden, then cool and cut into 12 portions.
  6. Split each English muffin and butter each side, toasting them on a griddle until golden brown.
  7. Assemble each sandwich with a portion of baked egg, bacon or sausage, and cheese.
  8. Wrap each sandwich in parchment or plastic wrap and store in a large freezer bag.
  9. When ready to eat, reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
