  3. Cook the Noodles: Prepare rice noodles as per package instructions (5-8 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. Shred Chicken: Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces using forks.
  5. Strain Broth: Strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids, then ladle over noodles and chicken.
