Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the beef chuck roast into uniform chunks and season with salt, pepper, and flour.
  2. Sauté chopped onion in olive oil until soft, then transfer to the slow cooker.
  3. Brown the seasoned beef in the skillet until golden, then add to the slow cooker.
