  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Instructions
  1. Preheat the Slow Cooker by setting it to low heat.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, frozen hash browns, and water in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Fold in the cooked turkey sausage, bell pepper, garlic powder, cumin, chipotle powder, sea salt, and black pepper until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Gently fold in the shredded sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese into the mixture.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into the preheated slow cooker and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or on high for about 3 hours. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Allow the casserole to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
