  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple diced
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, and green grapes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle the chopped mint over the top and give it a final gentle toss.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
