- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, 2 cups of cold water, and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the seeds and pulp. Use a spatula to help push the liquid through.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water and the lime juice to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar or lime juice.
- Serve over ice cubes in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
