  • Fresh strawberries and pineapple wedges for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, coconut cream, pineapple juice, crushed ice, lime juice, and sugar (if using).
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar. Blend again if necessary.
  4. Pour the strawberry pina colada into chilled glasses.
