- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat oil and sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

- Coat the seared chicken thighs with most of the glaze and set aside a third of it.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, drizzle with reserved glaze, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
