Ingredients
  

Sushi Base
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter or coconut oil as a substitute
  • 4 cups Mini Marshmallows vegan marshmallows for plant-based
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or almond extract for variation
  • 6 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal any colorful cereal can be used
Coating
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips milk or dark chocolate chips as alternatives
  • Food Coloring optional for vibrant hues
Garnish
  • Fresh Fruit Slices (Strawberries, Kiwi, Mango) any seasonal fruit can be used

Equipment

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the butter over low heat until fully liquid, about 3–4 minutes.
  2. Stir in the marshmallows and continue heating, stirring constantly until melted, about 3–5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal and white chocolate chips until evenly coated.
  5. Mix in food coloring if desired.
  6. Press the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
  7. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  8. Slice into squares or bars and top with fresh fruit before serving.
