  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage opt for pre-cooked and sliced
  • 8 slices Bacon cook until crispy and crumble
  • 32 ounces Frozen tater tots no need to thaw
  • 8 large Eggs let come to room temperature
  • 1 cup Milk for creaminess
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded for better texture
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded for better texture
  • 1/4 cup Green onions chopped for garnish
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon and breakfast sausage over the layer of tater tots.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, then add chopped green onions.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let the casserole rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
