Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon and breakfast sausage over the layer of tater tots.

- Top with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, then add chopped green onions.
