- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, blue curaçao syrup, coconut milk, lime juice, and ice.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more blue curaçao syrup if desired.
- Pour the mixture into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.
