Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup blue curaçao syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, blue curaçao syrup, coconut milk, lime juice, and ice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more blue curaçao syrup if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses.
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.
