  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Mint leaves for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, strawberries, mango, kiwi, and halved grapes. Gently toss the fruits together to mix evenly.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lime juice until smooth.
