Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  3. Combine refried beans with 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce in a bowl. Spread this mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and dry ranch seasoning until smooth. Layer this over the refried beans.
  5. Shred the rotisserie chicken and mix with the remaining buffalo sauce. Spread over the cream cheese layer and top with shredded pepperjack cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes. Top with corn, blue cheese crumbles, and green onions.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
