Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, then flip the breasts over and brush half of the BBQ sauce on top.
  6. Continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes. Brush the remaining BBQ sauce on top before serving.
