  • 1 cups Brown Sugar packed
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1-2 cups Diced Apples Fuji, Pink Lady, or Gala
  • 0.5 cups Chopped Pecans or chocolate chips

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter and whisk in 1 cup of brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in 2 large eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, ½ tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Stir gently.
  5. Fold in 1 to 2 cups of diced apples and ½ cup of chopped pecans until well distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
  7. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
