- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in half of the chopped bacon and quartered biscuit dough, then fold in chopped green onions.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread evenly. Refrigerate overnight if prepping ahead.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, until set and edges are puffed.
- Sprinkle remaining bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
