Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
While the chicken is grilling, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
Once the chicken is done, remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with the Bang Bang sauce on the side for dipping.
