Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  5. While the chicken is grilling, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Once the chicken is done, remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with the Bang Bang sauce on the side for dipping.
