In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey garlic sauce, chili garlic sauce, and lemon zest. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
Generously coat the top of each salmon fillet with half of the zesty sauce mixture.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Once baked, remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the remaining zesty sauce over the fillets before garnishing with fresh herbs.
