  • 2 tablespoons honey garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce adjust for heat preference
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Begin by heating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish by lining it with foil or lightly greasing it with oil.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets in the dish, then drizzle with avocado oil and generously season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey garlic sauce, chili garlic sauce, and lemon zest. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
  4. Generously coat the top of each salmon fillet with half of the zesty sauce mixture.
  5. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Once baked, remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the remaining zesty sauce over the fillets before garnishing with fresh herbs.
