Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Zucchini: Trim the ends off the zucchini and halve them lengthwise. Score the cut side with diagonal lines. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Plate the Dish: Spread the whipped feta on a platter, arrange zucchini on top, sprinkle with pistachios, basil leaves, drizzle honey, and add a pinch of flaky salt.
