Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pickles sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are well combined with the beef.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture among the tortillas.
  4. Top each tortilla with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.
  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
  6. If desired, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes to crisp up the outside. Cut in half and serve warm.
