In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad bowls. In four large bowls, layer the mixed salad greens as the base.
Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the salad greens in each bowl.
Top each bowl with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded cheddar cheese, avocado slices, and pickles.
Drizzle ranch dressing over the top of each bowl just before serving.
