  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic roasted garlic can be used for a milder flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley other herbs like thyme or oregano can also be used.
For the Topping
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder optional, can be omitted.
  • 1/4 cup Extra Melted Butter for brushing on top after baking.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water and melted unsalted butter, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic, then let rise in a greased bowl for roughly 1 hour.
  3. Once risen, punch down the dough and divide into 12 pieces. Place mozzarella cheese in the center, pinch to seal, and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover and let the rolls rise again for about 30 minutes until puffy.
  5. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan, stir in garlic and parsley, and set aside.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Brush warm garlic butter over the tops.
  7. Cool slightly in the baking dish before serving warm.
