- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water and melted unsalted butter, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic, then let rise in a greased bowl for roughly 1 hour.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide into 12 pieces. Place mozzarella cheese in the center, pinch to seal, and arrange in a greased baking dish.
