Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure crispy crostini.
  2. Place the mozzarella in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm it up.
  3. Cut the baguette diagonally into ½-inch slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 8-9 minutes until golden.
  5. Remove mozzarella from the freezer and slice into ¼-inch planks, then cut into ghost shapes.
  6. Spread pesto on each toasted crostini, layer with tomato, and top with the mozzarella ghost.
  7. Decorate with balsamic glaze to create ghost faces.
  8. Serve fresh on a decorative platter.
